Our Philosophy

The purpose of Peace Early Childhood is to provide a Christian atmosphere of learning rooted in God’s love.  We believe the children of today are the hope of tomorrow, and we are called to nurture each child as a unique creation of God.

Our first priority is that the influence we have on every child is positive, loving, and Christ-centered. We support children as they transition through each stage of development with confidence, care, and faith.

We strive to meet their physical, social, emotional, intellectual and spiritual needs at each stage of development.

Curriculum and Learning Through Play

Our curriculum supports growth across all developmental areas and aligns with the Missouri Early Learning Standards. Through themed units and learning centers, children develop skills in:

  • Social-emotional learning
  • Language and communication
  • Math/Science
  • Physical development
  • Expressive Art

At Peace Early Childhood, play is essential—and central to everything we do.

Children begin to make sense of the world through play, and play is purposeful and essential to learning.

Through hands-on experiences, children develop curiosity and problem solving skills.

Each classroom provides learning centers that encourage exploration, creativity, and discovery. Monthly activities focus on a specific Bible story, theme, color, shape, and number, all while aligning with the Missouri Early Learning Standards.
